Refund, exchanges and refunds

1-year manufacturing warranty

 Casebottle will repair or replace at its judgment, any manufacturing defect*(see nr.1 below) in its products free of charge for up to 1 year from purchase. This does not cover damage caused by normal damage due to use*(see nr.2 below), accident (lost/stolen), encounter damage (combat), incorrect care or washing, non-standard usage or carelessness. The product must be bought from www.casebottle.com or from an authorized Casebottle dealer and should be send back to us for judgment.

If you prefer to return a product with an error, you must notify us at info@casebottle.com. For any claim to be acknowledged, customers must notify Casebottle within 12 month of purchase and provide an order number or receipt as authenthication of purchase. Casebottle will then give you an adress to return the product with an error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 20 – 30 business days.


It is possible a member of Casebottle need more evidence of the defect to which you must assist to proceed with your replacement.


Casebottle has the right to decline your request for a replacement, if on examination our team member does not believe your request follows our conditions.

 

Typical replacement or exchange scenarios that will not be accepted include:

- Customer change of mind.

- If you have entered the wrong shipping address, unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement, nor redirect your item/s.

- Your request for a refund due to the Casebottle not being made of the material that you expected.

- New bottle smell upon receiving your item/s. (After cleaning and using this smell will disappear)

- If you have selected the wrong colour or size when purchasing.

- If you are not satisfied with the colour or transparency of the product. 

- Damage inflicted to your item/s incurred by the user.


 



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


Refunds will only be provided if your item/s has experienced manufacturing defects and you do not wish to receive a substitute. Given the information to which you provide us, a Casebottle team member may require further evidence of the defect to which you must cooperate to continue with your refund.

Casebottle has the right to decline your request for a refund, if on examination our team member does not believe your request follows our conditions.

Additional, refunds must be requested within 14 days of first receiving your purchase (special circumstances will be considered), you must be able to provide a receipt or evidence of purchase. 

Typical refund scenarios that will not be accepted include:

- If you have entered the wrong shipping address, unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement, nor redirect your item/s.

- Your request for a refund due to the Casebottle not being made of the material that you expected.

- New bottle smell upon receiving your item/s.

- If you have entered the wrong shipping address, unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement, nor redirect your item/s.

- If you have selected the wrong colour or size.

- Damaged experienced to your item/s incurred by the user.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If a product exchange is accepted, the product will be replaced at Casebottle costs within 20 to 30 business days. Any replacements or exchanges will be at the judgement of Casebottle. Depending your living place, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Casebotle cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages.

 

 

 

 

Nr.1 Manufacturing defects:

A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design and function (see nr.3 below). Defective materials (Lid, Seal, fabrics, etc.) or defective workmanship (molding, construction, etc.) are covered for 6 months from the time of purchase. Casebottle will repair or replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in these products free of charge.


Nr. 2 Normal damage due to use:

Damage due to use is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Moving parts will wear out, fabrics/plastics will deteriorate and afde over time and materials will scratch. The printed logo will scratch and fade away over time. And while we choose good materials for the application, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements. 


Nr. 3 Intended design and function:

The Casebottle is designed for water carry and water consumption. It is not designed to withstand (large) drops, force, impact or being exposed to high temperatures. The design of the Casebottle is to be within its stated and advertised shape and weight dimensions, and temperature limits. The Casebottle is not designed to exist next to high value items such as laptops, tablets or phones where there is a risk of (large) force or impact that threatens damage of these items. The Casebottle is also designed to be of adequate transparency. Given the method of production, the surface of the Casebottle is not expected to be completely free of minor streaks and blemishes. Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true color or size that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
